Letterbox delivery  

Brownies from Celebration Brownie are all letterbox shipments. The Brownies are shipped from Monday to Friday throughout the Netherlands. You do not have to stay home for this. The letterbox packages are sent via Post.nl. The delivery costs are € 4.25 per shipment. Post.nl delivers from Tuesday to Saturday and not on Sunday and Monday.  

After ordering it takes 2-3 days for me to send the brownies . Delivery with Post.nl is often the day after. But I can't guarantee that myself. It can sometimes also happen with Post.nl that it takes a bit longer.  

If you want to make sure that the brownies are there on a certain date for a certain occasion, you can send the order a little earlier. You will receive a track and trace code from me when the order is on its way and has been shipped. Celebration Brownie is not responsible for any delays in Postnl packages . We have no influence on the time when the package is delivered. The package will be sent with the normal letterbox post.  

Public holidays  

During holidays we do not ship our brownies . This is because they are not processed by Postnl and the brownies are on the road much longer. That would be a shame for the quality of the fresh Brownies .  

Correct address details  

You are responsible for the correct address details for shipping. Are you in doubt? Then check the address at www.postcode.nl to see if the address is correct. Institution, company, school

If you want to send your Brownie to an institution, company or school, always provide the correct details of the department and the person. Always check it well in advance. Ask in advance whether the letterbox packages are received and whether there are delays with letterbox packages. Celebration Brownie is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Always ask in advance so always check carefully.  

At checkout there is a separate text box where you can write additional information.  

Please note: important for pets!  

Even if the package is securely wrapped, always let the recipient know that letterbox post with chocolate is coming. Chocolate contains a toxic substance Theobromine which is dangerous for dogs, cats and other pets. Don't forget to report!
