Letterbox delivery
Celebration Brownies All Brownies are delivered by letterbox. They are shipped Monday through Friday throughout the Netherlands. You don't need to be home for them. Letterbox packages are shipped via Post.nl. The delivery fee is €4.25 per shipment. Post.nl delivers Tuesday through Saturday, not on Sundays or Mondays.
Please note: After ordering, it takes 2-3 days for me to ship the brownies . Note: If you order on Thursday or Friday, there's a good chance I'll ship the package on Monday.
Delivery with Post.nl is often the next day. But I can't guarantee that. Sometimes, Post.nl takes a little longer. Please note! If you order on Thursday or Friday, there's a good chance I'll ship your package on Monday.
If you want to be sure that the brownies arrive on a specific date for a specific occasion, you can send the order a little earlier. You will receive a track and trace code from me when the order is on its way and has been shipped. Celebration Brownie is not responsible for any delays to PostNL packages . We have no influence on the delivery time. The package will be shipped with regular mail.
Public holidays
We don't ship our brownies during the holidays . This is because they 're not processed by PostNL , and the brownies would take much longer to arrive. That would be a real shame for the quality of our fresh brownies .
Correct address details
You are responsible for providing the correct address information for shipping. Not sure? Check the address at www.postcode.nl to ensure it's correct. Institution, company, school
If you want to send your Brownie to an institution, company, or school, always provide the correct information for the department and the person. Always double-check beforehand. Ask in advance whether the mailbox packages are being received and if there are any delays with mailbox packages. Celebration Brownie is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. So always check beforehand.
Celebration Brownie is also not responsible for providing incorrect text on the oval card and the free card.
At checkout there is a separate text box where you can write any additional information.
Important note for pets!
Even if the package is securely wrapped, always inform the recipient that you're receiving letterbox mail containing chocolate. Chocolate contains theobromine, a toxic substance that is dangerous for dogs, cats, and other pets. Don't forget to let them know!
